Changes and additions to the Constitution are needed for ordinary Belarusians, because the updated main code of laws of the country will determine guarantees for the development of society for at least a decade in advance. This was announced the day before in Borisov. There, a dialogue platform within the framework of the project "In the mode of truth" was held. The audience (which is more than three hundred people) was interested in the latest information. Youth initiatives and proposals before the referendum were discussed at the forum. The very same project "In the mode of truth" is becoming more and more popular in the districts of the Minsk region. Such political forums have already taken place in Maryina Gorka and Dzerzhinsk.
