The right hand of St. Saint Demetrios of Thessaloniki, one of the most venerated saints of the Christian world, is expected to arrive in Minsk today. The relic will be available for veneration at the Holy Spirit Cathedral. The welcoming ceremony for the relic will be headed by Metropolitan Pavel of Minsk and Zaslavl, Patriarchal Exarch of All Belarus.In the next few days, the relic will be taken to Bobruisk, Polotsk, Vitebsk and Orsha.
