Delegation from Moldova visiting Belarus

A delegation from Moldova is visiting Belarus. Strengthening bilateral cooperation in international affairs, developing trade, economic and inter-parliamentary relations, increasing trade were the matters discussed at the meeting by the speakers of the parliaments of Belarus and Moldova. The parties signed a joint statement on cooperation between the parliaments. Today, the agenda of the visit of the Moldovan delegation includes the opening of a monument to the Hero of the Soviet Union Ion Soltys, the laying of a capsule with soil from the burial places of Moldovan soldiers and a visit to the Khatyn memorial complex.
