Belarus and Russia celebrate the Day of Unity today. On this occasion, chairman of the Supreme State Council of the Union State, Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko, addressed Belarusians and Russians. "The Union ensures a common humanitarian space, promotes deeper multifaceted cultural ties, and helps maintain warm human relations. There is no alienation between our countries, there is freedom of movement and employment, social benefits, equal access to medical care and education. It is necessary to further expand the Belarus-Russia cooperation", the statement says.
