Day of Social Workers

Today Belarus celebrates the Day of Social Protection Workers. Assistance to pensioners and disabled people, the poor and orphans, and the help to lonely elderly people are just a few of the things that employees of the service do. In the near future, Belarus might introduce administrative responsibility for the lack of conditions for unhindered access of disabled people to infrastructure facilities. The legislation will also put down the norms on parking spaces for disabled persons. Employment opportunities for citizens with disabilities will also be improved in 2018.
