Day of Belarusian written language in Ivanovo starts with opening of memorial sign «Yan’s word»

The town of Ivanovo is preparing to celebrate the Day of Belarusian Written Language. The town has renovated the buildings, the streets have been spruced up. The other day, the installation of the main stage, which will be located in the central town park, will begin. Unusual tours are being prepared for Belarusians and foreign guests: Lenin Street has already become pedestrian only, a memorial sign «Yan’s word» will be unveiled there. The Day of Belarusian Written Language will unite generations. The forum will bring together famous and novice writers. The final of the National contest of young reciters «Live Classics» will be held as part of the celebrations.
