Consumers' rights in Belarus change

The consumers' rights in Belarus change. A merchandise can be returned without a passport, yet the pack is necessary. The changes in the law make cash and non-cash prices equal. The tag should indicate not only the producer's address, but also the energy efficiency class and the country pf origin. An additional decree regulates the shops' working modes and sales of certificates. The customers should be informed about the changes in the shop's working mode 5 days in advance. The certificates are allowed to be used in parts, yet before their expiry date.
