Congress of European Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions

The strategic plan of the European Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions for the coming years was discussed during the 11th Congress. The event was held yesterday in the format of a video conference. On behalf of Belarus, the chairman of the State Control Committee Vasily Gerasimov took part in it. The forum is held once every three years. The State Control Committee of Belarus actively participates in the working groups of this organization. In particular, an international audit of the prevention and elimination of consequences of floods was carried out. The Belarusian Committee took part in checking the protection against pollution on the Western Bug. Now the agency, together with representatives from Hungary, Slovakia and Poland, is working on a parallel audit of the effectiveness of protecting the population from infectious diseases.
