Concentration camp prisoners remembered in Minsk

A requiem rally dedicated to the Day of Liberation of Nazi Concentration Camp Prisoners was held at the Gates of Memory memorial. Trostenets is a special place of memory. According to official figures, over 206,000 people were killed in the camp. The memory of the victims was honored with a minute of silence, and flowers were laid at the monument. The event is timed to the Day of Liberation of Nazi Concentration Camp Prisoners. This day is celebrated annually on April 11 all over the world.
