The Bank of Russia has put into circulation commemorative coins in honour of the anniversary of the Union State of Belarus and Russia. In December, the association will celebrate 25 years. The nominal value of the coins is Br3 silver. And Br25 — from copper-nickel alloy. Both are made in the technique of "pruf". This is a special technology of making coins with a quality that exceeds the copies of mass minting. The main feature is a perfectly even mirror field and matt relief. Silver coins have a limited mintage — only 3.000 pieces. Copper-nickel coins have a limited mintage of 50.000.
