The
chronicle of the Belarusian partisan movement headquarters was presented in the
language of archival documents. In dedication to the 75th anniversary of the
organization the archivists of Belarus
and Russia
have prepared an exclusive edition containing files dated September to December
1942. It includes more than 200 documents. These are
orders, coded telegrams, plans and report documents of the underground
organization. Using materials, it is possible to trace the formation and
details of the activity of the partisan Headquarters. Exclusively for
the presentation, the National Archive has prepared an exposition of documents
from the museum's collections. The Archive has more than 11 thousand cases,
including the personal files of partisan movement members. For decades these
materials have been classified. Most of them were kept
in the archives of the Central Committee of the Communist Party. The collection
includes these exclusive materials. The book will be published in
limited edition and will go on sale soon.
