Chinese assistance for building social housing in Vitebsk region

An official commissioning ceremony of an apartment building in Polotsk completed the second phase of a project carried out in the Vitebsk region to construct housing with assistance from China. The cooperation between China and Belarus in the field of housing construction began in 2016. To date, 564 apartments were built and commissioned in the Vitebsk region. The project will be continued. Its third stage, which will begin after the approval of the documents, is focused on smaller towns: Dokshitsy, Senno, Tolochin, Novolukoml. Over 200 new apartments will be built there.
