Chairman of Vitebsk regional administration presenting passports to schoolchildren

A solemn ceremony of presenting passports to young Belarusian nationals took place in Vitebsk. The chairman of the regional administration personally handed over the documents to schoolchildren of the region. Also, young citizens of Belarus were invited to the "Open Dialogue" everyone was able to ask a question to the head of the region. The students also took a tour of Vitebsk. As part of the action “We are citizens of Belarus” more than 500 schoolchildren will receive passports in the northern region of the country.
