Center for Immunology and Allergology to be set up at National Academy of Sciences of Belarus

The Center for Immunology and Allergology will be set up at the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Starting from 2022, the Center will start developing innovative methods for diagnosing immediate and delayed allergies to a wide range of allergens and creating a site for immuno- and allergy diagnostics. The center will conduct research aimed at studying the biological mechanisms of the interaction of pathogenic fungi and viruses with plant cells for the development of new immunomodulatory drugs, creation of environmentally friendly means of protection and prevention of infectious diseases in agricultural plants.
