A modern hospitality infrastructure has been created in the Belarusian capital, including 57 hotels and 14 similar accommodation facilities. The hotel business is showing positive dynamics: in 2024, hotel occupancy was 60.9%, which is 8.5% higher than in 2023. In January-July 2025, it reached 67.2%, 7.4% higher than last year. The main demand for accommodation facilities is formed by foreign tourists, whose share in 2024 amounted to 73.3%, which is a record for the last 10 years. Minsk hotels most often receive tourists from Russia, China, Latvia, Lithuania and Uzbekistan.
