Cadastral value of land decreases for almost 80% of cities

The cadastral value and tax base for industrial land taxes decreased for almost 80% of Belarusian cities. Minsk and regional capitals saw the most prominent decrease of almost a third, while the national average is minus 12%. The reform reduces the tax burden for business and brings the cadastral value of land closer to the market-based figures.
