The Belarusian State University became a participant of the international project Compass. Its application was supported by the UK's Global Challenges Research Fund. The project’s aim is to expend knowledge about Eastern Europe and Central Asia and to support initiatives such as Minsk Dialogue, Gender and Education in Baku, Eurasian Identity in Dushanbe. The project’s goals are creation of regional advanced experience centers in leading universities, bolstering of research partnership with British colleges.
