Both legal entities and natural persons will bear responsibility for smuggling of foreigners into Belarus. The State border control committee reminded, that changes in the Belarus' administrative code came into force since March, 1. According to it, the fine for the offense will make about $250. According to the novelty, the driver has to make sure that the foreign passengers are entering Belarus legally. To avoid problems, before crossing the border, the driver has to check the passports for their validity and that they really belong to the foreign passengers.
