Best mountain climbers named in Brest

Mountaineering competition was held in Brest. A special track imitated mountains. More than 50 Belarusian and Russian athletes took part in the competition. Climbers had to work in pairs. One of the most extreme tests was blind climbing when the ropemate suggests which areas to bypass. The youngest of the participants was 18 years old, the oldest 45. The climbing wall in Brest is one of the best in the country. By the way, last year Brest climbers raised the Flame of Peace atop Mont Blanc.
