The ranking is topped by Hong Kong, withSingapore,Israel,Spain andSouth Korea in the top five. TheUnited States andRussia hold the 50th and 54th places respectively.The ranking includes countries with a population of over 5 million people and average life expectancy exceeding 70 years.
