Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has signed a decree on the measures to attract workers for the construction and operation of the Belarusian nuclear power plant (BelNPP). The document creates conditions for retaining highly-qualified personnel at the Belarusian nuclear power plant. In particular, the document permits foreign professionals working at the plant to have accounts in foreign banks. Apart from that, foreign organizations that take part in the construction of the nuclear power plant and fulfill works are entitled to involve foreign workforce and get special employment permits.
