Belarusians to be able to get ID cards in 2019

ID-cards instead of passports. The first electronic documents will be released in Belarus this year, and they will be available in 2019. The ID-card operates inside the country. It will be issued when the passport expires. This is a universal tool that will store a number of documents. Also there will be a biometric passport, which will be needed only for traveling abroad.
