Chess Championship for People with Disabilities has ended in India. Almost 100
chess players from eighteen countries, including Belarus, Russia, Israel,
Poland, Kazakhstan, Vietnam, the Czech Republic and Uzbekistan, took part in
it. Belarus was represented at the tournament by Mikhail Denisenya, who won
gold medals in classical chess, rapid chess and blitz in the juniors under 20
category. Mikhail's next start will be the European Championship, which will be
held in the Czech Republic in October.
