Belarusian-Russian satellite to be put into orbit by 2023

A new joint Belarusian-Russian satellite is planned to be put into the orbit by 2023. Draft project is under preparation. Next year, the construction of the device will start. The Russian scientists are responsible for the platform, the tests and the launch. The Belarusian scientists produce the equipment, in particular – the cameras. The optics allows it to snapshot form space the objects 35 millimeters large. Additionally, the satellite will be equipped with an HD video.
