Belarusian national team preparing for WorldSkills 2017 professional competition

Belarusians are preparing for the professional competition WorldSkills 2017. It will be held in October in Abu Dhabi. This contest is a kind of Olympic Games for skilled professionals, which are held every two years. The competition involves workers, university and school students under the age of 22 years. This year, the best professionals from 76 countries will compete for medals. Belarus will be represented by 30 people. The aim of the contest is to raise the recognition of blue-collar jobs in modern society and increase their attractiveness among young people.
