Belarusian national cuisine week taking place in Minsk

The Week of Belarusian Cuisine has started in Minsk. The popular gastronomic project was supported by more than 30 cafes and restaurants. All of them share a common “Pancake week” theme and the price of 20 Belarusian rubles per set. But each chef has a particular main dish. Someone focuses on pancakes with different fillings, others prepare an original menu, or surprise the public with the presentation of traditional Belarusian dishes. The list of cafes and restaurants with Belarusian dishes is available on the website of the General Directorate of Consumer Market of the Minsk City Executive Committee. Also, voting for the best set is being held there.
