The House of Representatives ratified the agreement between the governments of Belarus and China on a mutual visa-free regime for owners of regular passports. Now it’s up to the Chinese side. All procedures are to be concluded within two weeks. Belarusians will be able to stay in China for up to 30 days visa-free during one trip, but no more than 90 days a year. The same rule will apply to the Chinese citizens. Those who will want to stay in the country for more than 30 days, study or apply for a job will have to receive a special visa. The new visa-free regime includes private visits, business trips and tourism.
