Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko in Turkmenistan on official visit

Belarus President is in Turkmenistan on an official visit. The Belarusian leader was solemnly greeted at the Ashgabat international airport the previous night, the ceremony was held with the participation of the guard of honor. Alexander Lukashenko is to hold negotiations with Turkmenistan President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow. The two leaders will inaugurate the Garlyk mining and processing factory which has been recently built by the Belarusian side, and will also take part in the opening ceremony of the Belarusian embassy in Turkmenistan. The sides plan to discuss the implementation of bilateral projects aimed at boosting the mutual trade.
