Belarus prepares amendments to legislation on advertising

Sound advertising in public transport may be prohibited, as well as leaflets in mailboxes. The House of Representatives is going to discuss amendments to the Law on Advertising. In total, the document contains about 30 amendments. They relate to betting and real estate activities, drug advertising, information about employment and study abroad. The main goal of the draft law is to take into account the views of business community and protect consumer rights. The document will be examined at the autumn session, which opens on October 2.
