Belarus plans to expand opportunities for early use of family capital

A corresponding draft decree has been prepared and submitted to the government for consideration. The launch of the government family capital program had a positive impact on the number of third and subsequent children born in Belarusian families. The family capital was used ahead of schedule by 31 thousand large families.
