Belarus marks the Fatherland Defender’s Day and the 100th anniversary of the Armed Forces. Solemn meeting on the occasion of these holidays was held in Minsk in the Palace of the Republic, which gathered the elite of the national army and veterans, whose military feat provided a peaceful sky over their heads. As the President noted, today Belarus does not consider any of the states as an adversary, condemns any military conflicts and adheres to the principle of peaceful settlement of disputes. The experience of military construction in Belarus is in demand abroad. The Belarusian army is mobile, equipped with everything necessary and is always ready to repel a potential aggressor. In the training of troops, the main emphasis is made on training soldiers and officers in modern methods of warfare.
