Belarus joins celebrations of International Day of Families

Today is the International Day of Families, and Belarus joins in the celebrations. In our country families are increasingly growing in size. Over the past year, about 20 thousand babies were born into families with two or more children. 52,500 deposit accounts of family capital have been opened in Belarus, totaling 524 million US dollars. About 15 thousand Belarusian families have foster children, and only 10% of all adoptions are in newborns.
