Belarus introduces new rules for payment of housing and communal services

Belarus introduces new rules for payment of housing and communal services. The differentiated payment for houses maintenance, water supply, sewage services, and electrical energy is canceled. In case of registration of citizens at the place of residence, they will pay for these services at subsidized tariffs, regardless of the volume of consumption. At the same time, tariffs for unemployed Belarusians will increase, they will pay the full cost of services.
