Belarus in category of safe countries for US tourists

Belarus is in the category of safe countries for tourists coming from the United States. The US State Department has published a list of countries for its citizens, with visit recommendations. Among the risks that were taken into account there were the crime rate, threat of terrorist attacks and possibility of natural disasters. Belarus fell into the first category with normal precautions. The countries of the fourth category include the most dangerous regions for the trip and the Americans are advised not to visit them.
