Belarus implementing project to modernize higher education

More comfortable learning conditions are being created for students. The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development will provide €100 million for a project to modernize higher education in Belarus. In accordance with the agreement, more than 90% of the funds will be allocated to modernize the material and technical base of higher education institutions and provide them with modern equipment, the rest to improve the processes and technologies of teaching and learning, the formation of a quality assurance system for higher education and project management.
