Belarus doing damage control after extreme weather events

Belarus is doing damage control following some extreme weather events. Over the past 24 hours thunderstorms and heavy rains caused power outages in more than 250 communities. Recovery efforts continue. Meanwhile, weather forecasters say unstable weather will persist throughout this week with rains, and thunderstorms in some areas. Temperatures expected to rise up to +31°C.
