Belarus creates rating portal for state-run organizations

Belarus has created a rating portal for state-run organizations. The quality of their services can be assessed at a special section on the website of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization. The simplicity of receiving the service, the availability of information about it, the compliance with deadlines is proposed to be ranked using a 5-point scale. The ranking on the portal will automatically form the corresponding rating of the organizations. Until January 1, 2019, the resource is working in the test mode.
