Belarus is completing its humanitarian mission in Syria. The humanitarian aid of more than 50 tonnes was compiled with the focus on Syria’s needs. The cargo comprises food, medicines, equipment and school supplies. The shipment left Belarus in late 2018 and arrived in Latakia port on 12 March. Today the Belarusian delegation is coming back to Minsk.
Since 2015 our country has been delivering humanitarian aid to Syria annually. Apart from basic goods, it includes furniture, food products and medicines.
