Belarus and Russia to hold a joint patrol of the air space

The Russian and Belarusian military will start joint combat alert duty on air defense at one of the Belarus' airfields next summer. This was announced by Chief of the Air force and Air defense of Belarus major-general Igor Golub. Late 2020, the defense ministers of Belarus and Russia adopted the action plan of the antiaircraft protection alert duty and elements of the Unified regional air defense system of Belarus and Russia.
