Belarus Ambassador to Uzbekistan Leonid Marinich presented centenarian with a tractor

In the town of Almalyk, Tashkent Region of Uzbekistan, a celebration was held in honor of the city resident, a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, 100-year-old Abdurakhim Mavlyanov. More than 500 guests took part in the jubilee event. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Uzbekistan Leonid Marinich presented the centenarian with a new Belarusian MTZ tractor. Mavlyanov participated in and was awarded for the liberation of Belarus. The Belarusian diplomat also discussed the development of interregional cooperation with the Uzbek side.
