Academy of Management under President creates platform for career growth of talented youth

The Academy of Management under the President launched a project designed to become a platform for career growth. «The Road to Success» is an initiative to increase the staff potential of state bodies, to attract young people to the ranks of managers. Participating in the first project are 30 young men and girls, out of one and a half thousand applicants. The main criteria for selection were communication skills, eloquence and ability to keep the attention of the audience. The training is designed to run for a year. Then the personnel elite will get assistence with employment.
