About 40.000 Russian tourists visited the Vitebsk Oblast in 2025

Realizing the tourism potential is one of the priorities for the socioeconomic development of the Vitebsk Oblast until 2030. The five-year plan goal is to take the industry to a new level by at least doubling tourism exports. Plans include creating a unique brand and developing specialized types of tourism. Tourism accounts for 13% of the region's total service exports.
