A young Belarusian won the International Children's and Youth Festival of Culture, Style and Arts

Nine-year-old model Izabella Novikova from the Belarusian National School of Beauty won the 21st season of the Little Miss & Mister Universe, an international children's and youth festival of culture, style and arts. The competition took place on Hainan Island, China. Over 30 young contestants from France, Kazakhstan, Russia, Mongolia, New Zealand and other countries participated. Six costumes were specially designed for the contestant's runway appearance. The young model also won the Audience Award and the 2026 People's Choice Award.
