A new transplantology center will be set up in Belarus

A new transplantology center will be set up in Belarus. According to the Head of the National Research Center for Organ and Tissue Transplantation Oleg Rummo, the center will include operating, intensive care and emergency rooms. Funds for the construction of the center will be allocated in equal shares from the city budget and the national budget. It is too early to talk about the commissioning date or the final cost of the project. “The head of state took a decision for a new surgical clinic, a center of organ and tissue transplantology. It will make part of the Minsk Center of Surgery, Transplantology and Hematology,” said Oleg Rummo.
