A new microdistrict will be built in Molodechno by 2030. The project is being implemented in two phases. In the next three years, 35,000 square meters of housing will be built, and then the same number will follow. There will also be a kindergarten for 320 children and shopping areas, green zones and parking areas will be improved. A new residential quarter will also appear in the suburbs: these are manor buildings in the village of Chist. Almost 60 houses with an area of up to 150 square meters will be erected.
