A new mechanism for voluntary insurance will start working on October 1, 2022

A new mechanism for voluntary insurance of an additional funded pension will start operating in Belarus on October 1 this year. Employees are given the right to pay an additional insurance premium for a funded pension in the amount of up to 10% of earnings. Anyone for whom employers pay mandatory contributions to the Social Security Fund can participate in the program. It will be possible to subscribe to it no later than three years before retirement.
