Major repairs of "Tor" surface‑to‑air missile systems have been launched in Belarus. They are designed to protect against UAVs and other complex, low‑observable targets. The manufacturer of the systems, the Almaz‑Antey aerospace defence concern, transferred the technologies and equipped the Borisov plant for the repair of electronic warfare equipment with the necessary expertise. Technical documentation was developed for the opening of the center, technological equipment was manufactured and supplied, and specialists underwent training in Russia. Repair and modernization of the complexes will significantly reduce the time required to restore equipment and enable the adoption of new technologies, which will lay the groundwork for the modernization of other types of weapons.
