850 budget-funded places have been allocated at leading Belarusian universities for Russian applicants in 2026

In 2026 Russian citizens will be eligible to enroll at 30 leading Belarusian universities. Applicants will be offered 850 budget-funded places in 131 majors. Priority will be given to engineering and technology, IT, medicine, education, and agriculture. Admission will be based on Unified State Exam (USE) results, without additional testing. The main requirement is a score of at least 70% of the maximum in relevant subjects.
