800 student teams working at Atlant company

800 student teams from all over the country are participating in the international labor project "Atlant 2020". This is beneficial for the Atlant company: its refrigerators are seasonal goods, and in summer the demand is much higher. Hence the need for young personnel. Each student is trained by an experienced mentor for a week, and then takes a practical exam. Only after that beginners start working independently. At the same time, the company is responsible for the quality of its products. Student teams work throughout the country. It's a hot working period this summer for thousands of students from all over Belarus.
