Students of the Belarusian State University and the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, as well as Gomel, Grodno and Brest universities have managed to advance to the next stage of the world programming championship, which will be held in early December in St. Petersburg.The championship quarterfinal featured 59 teams, which is about 180 participants from Belarus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Russia"s Kaliningrad region. To reach the semifinal, the participants were to complete 12 tasks in 5 hours.
